My mom went with this company to the 2019 hadj & I must say that they are very knowledgeable,flexible & professional. Brother Ibrahim would explain the whole process from the time you sign up with his company. Once they got to Mecca, him & his team really took care of their customers, went above & beyond to make sure everything was done right. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you or your family member wants to go.

My mom went to Hajj with AL Raad, she had the best experience ever. They lodged them the best hotel in Makkah and gave them a great deal of attention for them to perform their rituals. Hafiz Ibrahim was very helpful through out the whole process. He is very helpful and know what he is doing .

I had the pleasure of going with Al Raad Tours and Travel for Hajj 2018. It was my first Hajj and i enjoyed every moment of it. Ibrahim, the owner of Al Raad is very helpful, sincere and easy to communicate with.

The whole process from the start to the end was amazing. We did have bus delays, which some people were frustrated about; but that was out of his control. In my opinion, he fulfilled everything he had control over.

Before the Journey begin; Ibrahim created a whatsapp group where he sent videos explaining everything you need to know for hajj and umrah, These were nice and short videos he recorded himself.

My advice for anybody reading this review is don’t hesitate to go with Al Raad.

Brother Ibrahim, Jazakalahu khyr for all your efforts and keep up the good work. I hope i get the opportunity to go with you again inshaallah.
